Thanks to the organizing efforts of Paul Villeneuve and the coaches, the Patriots teams were able to enjoy a good series of games against local competition in July and August. Although we could not play in our regular league due to Covid-19 safety protocols, the players were still able to develop their skills and play very good competition throughout the summer. Thanks to all for making this possible.

On May 13th the Ottawa Patriots Baseball Club hosted it’s annual Boys and Girls BBQ.
Over 120 children in the community area attended and feasted on hamburgers, hot dogs and fresh fruit.
A huge thank you to Chris Chapman and Ray Ball for securing the BBQ via The Cumberland Lions Club, securing food donations from No Frills in Orleans and for their master grilling skills.
Thank you to store owners Brendon and Megan Cook for their donation of hamburger and hot dogs.
The Ottawa Patriots Bantam and Midget Players who served food.
Finally a big thank you to the Don McGahan Clubhouse-Boys and Girls Club and their amazing staff for their ongoing support to the community.
