Their journey included a walk-off comeback win over the Long Island Hurricanes, with contributions from all the players. It was a great weekend of baseball for the Patriots players, coaches and families.

On July 5, the Ottawa Patriots U14 team opened the Cooperstown Backyard Classic Tournament with a win over the Barrie Baycats at the historic Doubleday Field in Cooperstown, New York. The boys were thrilled with the opportunity to play on this field, which is just steps away from the Baseball Hall of Fame. They focussed on the game, winning 6-2 over the Barrie Baycats, and took time for some photos and sight-seeing afterwards. What an opportunity!
